Welcome to Elevate Legacy! The Elevate Legacy App and website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by MyLegacy, Inc. ("MyLegacy"). Mylegacy is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). You acknowledge that MyLegacy is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation. Children Under Thirteen

Elevate Legacy does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 13, you may use Elevate Legacy only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Elevate Legacy may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of MyLegacy and MyLegacy is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site. The Service is controlled and administered by MyLegacy from the USA. You are responsible for compliance with local laws when accessing from outside the USA.

Arbitration

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, as detailed in this section.

All claims must be brought individually. Class actions, collective proceedings, and similar actions are waived by both parties.

Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elevate Legacy is provided "as is" without warranty. MyLegacy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or App.

Termination/Access Restriction

MyLegacy reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the user and MyLegacy regarding Elevate Legacy. It supersedes all prior communications.
